one ton can coating 260 square meter on basis of thickness 1.5mm

Equipment need:

Thermoplastic paint pre heater

thermoplastic road marking machine

APPLICATION WAY:

1. pre heater it first from powder into thick liquid, time cost according to the ability and quality of pre heater.

2. open the outlet of pre heater, let the thermoplastic paint flow into tank of thermoplastic road marking machine.

3. heating the tank of road marking machine, keep it;s temperature.

4. mark the line according to requirement.

5. approve car pass the new coating line only after it dtry, commonly in 10 min's.

ATTENTION:

1. do not smoke during application.

2. do not over heating the thermoplastic paint. or the color will appear not as required.

3. cement road surface need coating oil to add its adhensive ability of thermoplastic paint.
